Chicken Tandoori





 Ingredients: 

Chicken (1 kg 10-12 pieces), 200 g yogurt, 20 g butter, 1.5 tsp turmeric powder, 3 tsp chili powder, salt, 60 g oil (vegetable oil), 1 piece charcoal, 100 g ginger, 50 Gram garlic, coriander leaves, onion, lemon half

 Step-1

Thoroughly clean the chicken and make some stains on the meat with a knife. So that the spice enters well.

Step-2     (marination process) 


1. Yogurt 2. Ginger 3. Garlic 4. Salt as needed

The mixture should be mixed well. And leave to simmer for 30 minutes.

Heat 4 tbsp oil (60 gm) and 2 tbsp Amul butter (20 gm) on low heat. Once the oil is hot, fry the chicken pieces one by one. Bake for at least 10-15 minutes on low heat. We have to see if the chicken has black spots on it. Then pick up the chicken pieces in a bowl. Then burn a coal well in the oven and put it in a glass, cover the face of the pot with a lid with 3-5 drops of oil in it. After 1.5 minutes, open the lid and serve with onion, raw chili, and lemon.
