
Shahi Paneer

Ingredients:
Cheese - 250 grams,
2 onions + 15 pieces cashew nuts + 2-3 green chilies all together to make a paste.
2 tomatoes (make a paste in the batter)
2 tablespoons ginger + garlic
8 tablespoons sour yogurt
5 tablespoons fresh cream
100 grams of milk
1 tablespoon salt (in quantity)
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon hot spices
10 tablespoons oil (vegetable oil) / butter
1 tablespoon sahajira
3rd green cardamom
1 black cardamom
8-10 hours pepper corn
4-5 cloves
2 small cinnamon
1 bay leaf
The cheese should be cut into cubes. Then put onion + cashew nuts + green chilies in a bowl.

Heat 10 teaspoons of oil or butter over low heat and fry the dried spices (cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, sahajire, bay leaves) for 15-20 seconds. Add the onion paste and mix for 2-4 minutes. It should be fried. Care should be taken not to sit down, as there is a possibility of cashew nuts sitting down. Fry the mixture with ginger + garlic for 2-3 minutes and add hot spices, chili powder, and salt. Then add tomato paste. Knead the whole mixture for 6-7 minutes on low heat. Then mix well with sour curd and cream and stir for 4-5 minutes. It can be seen that oil is floating on the mixture, then it should be understood that the spice is well prepared. If you like to eat a little sweet, you can use 1 teaspoon of sugar. Now you have to fry it well with cheese for 3-4 minutes. Then cover with milk and 2 cups of water for 3-4 minutes, increase the heat and let it boil. Then when it boils, reduce the heat a little and cover it for 7-8 minutes and let it boil. Now turn off the heat and leave it for a while and serve. Shahi cheese is ready.
