Wash 500 gms of chicken in water and mix it with half a cup of sour curd, 5 raw chilies, half a teaspoon of turmeric, one teaspoon of chili powder, a little black pepper powder, half a teaspoon of sugar and salt, and leave it for about one to two hours. Will. Then you have to grind four large onions in a cup of oil. When it turns a little brown, stir in 50 grams of ginger and 25 grams of garlic paste with a little water so that it does not sit in the pan. If caught, it will create a burning smell. Then cut a tomato into small pieces and stir well in a pan. Then cut capsicum into small pieces and put it in a pan. Then stir in one teaspoon of turmeric and two teaspoons of chili powder. You will use the salty matter as you eat. Then stir a little for about ten minutes. When the water is dry, add a little water (if you give hot water, the meat test will be more). Then the meat must be given with it. The amount should be given with salt. Then you have to keep shaking what you have to say. After about 10 minutes of tanning, add half a cup of oil and strain for another 30 minutes. If you catch it from time to time, you will have to use a little water. Then after thirty minutes, it will be seen that the red color has come out which means that the meat is tanned now. Put one and a half glasses of water in a pan. After boiling for about ten minutes, you have to open it and see how soft it is.
